An architect's job is to listen carefully to a client's needs and desires for use of space and suggest feasible alternative design solutions with an emphasis on functionality and pleasing aesthetics. The architect is an effective tool in the hands of the client to realize a work environment that is productive and efficient for staff, and pleasant for staff and patients. The architect should strive to deliver complete and concise documents for the implementation of the design which results in a successful project within a designated budget.
Firm Profile
David L. Holloway & Associates is a design oriented architectural firm, having practiced in the Atlanta metro area since 1983 with an emphasis on aesthetic and practical functionality in response to realistic budget constraints.
The firm's portfolio of work includes religious, residential, multi-family industrial, retail and office projects, with a recent emphasis in medical office design. These projects include tenant finished medical offices in multi-tenant buildings requiring minimal design schematic and permit documents as well as complete medical facilities requiring complete, full service architectural, civil, structural, and MEP design / documents, land planning, and zoning packages.
Included in this website are medical projects spanning nearly thirty years. Most are built projects. Some were designed but not built for various reasons. These projects still demonstrate design skills in complex medical office planning and building design.
Please feel free to examine these projects in the links to the left. You may contact David L. Holloway & Associates at (678) 580-3014 and (678) 908-6654 or via email.
If you are a physician or real estate agent in need of space planning services to determine how your desired practice facility may fit into a potential building lease space location, click on the links to the left.
If you are in need of a complete medical office building design for your practice, click on the link to the left. Zoning assistance may be required.
If you just want to see how much space do I need for my office?, fill out the space needs survey / estimator completely. This will result in an estimated square footage required, which can be used to locate appropriately sized available lease space in multi-tenant buildings or perhaps help in very preliminary cost estimates for new building construction. |
